Suzi Carter is a Chartered Surveyor with almost 30 years’ experience in the commercial and residential property sectors. She has worked for some of the UK’s largest property and development companies and agents including CBRE, and B&Q. Suzi’s last role in the corporate world was as Director at Land Sec PLC, the UK’s largest property company and REIT, where she was responsible for a shopping centre portfolio of over £2.7bn.
Suzi left the corporate world in 2015 in order to set up her property investment company - Strongoak Investments Limited - and is now investing in both residential and commercial property. She also does consultancy work for both developer and investor clients in the commercial property sector.
Suzi runs The Commercial Property Academy, www.commercialpropertyacademy.co.uk, where she advises and mentors investors in how to get great returns from commercial property and has recently set up The Board which fast tracks investors in their commercial property investing
